    Accessible Tickets

    Accessible tickets can be bought online or over the phone. There is usually significant demand when events go on sale, so we advise that customers purchase accessible tickets online rather than attempting by phone and missing out.

    To purchase accessible tickets online you will need an Access Card registration. If you are not already registered, you can find out more here.

    Once you have had confirmation from your Access Card application has been completed, you will need to link it to your The Ticket Factory account by logging in to the My Account page and clicking the Accessibility tab.

    Once you are logged in and have linked your access card, navigate to the tickets you wish to purchase, and you'll be able to browse and purchase available accessible tickets.

    Age limits

    Standing: Under 14 year olds are not permitted on a standing floor.
    14 and 15 year olds are only permitted on a standing floor when accompanied by an adult aged 18yrs +.

    Seated: Under 14 year olds MUST be accompanied by an adult aged 18yrs + with a valid ticket, into the venue. (i.e. 14yrs and over can come into the building on their own with a valid ticket).

    Evanescence and Within Temptation

    Evanescence and With Temptation have rescheduled their European tour for later in the year. Please see a statement from the band below:

    The Evanescence and Within Temptation shows can unfortunately no longer take place in April 2022. The Birmingham show has therefore been rescheduled to November 15 2022- Utilita Arena Birmingham All original tickets remain valid.

    About the event:

    Due to phenomenal demand WITHIN TEMPTATION and EVANESCENCE have added three more dates to the UK leg of their WORLDS COLLIDE tour as well as three more in Europe. 

    Fronted by two of the most influential and creative women in the rock world in the form of Amy Lee from Evanescence and Sharon den Adel from Within Temptation, the extra UK dates take in Glasgow, Leeds, and Birmingham. 

    Den Adel commented: "It is beyond our greatest expectations that a lot of our shows with Evanescence would sell out so quickly! We are super grateful for this. Surprise! We’ve got a surprise for Belgium, Luxembourg and the UK: we are adding some extra shows end of April and beginning of May. Check out the extra dates!
